  1. License Agreement
  2. NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE
  3. SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR
  4. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
  5. DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS
  6. CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  9. OnlineTVPlayer.com agrees to provide the user ("USER") with a copy of this
  10. software product ("SOFTWARE"), and grants the USER a limited license to use the
  11. SOFTWARE. ("LICENSE") This LICENSE defines what the USER may do with the
  12. SOFTWARE, and contains limitations on warranties, liabilities and remedies. This
  13. LICENSE may be revoked by OnlineTVPlayer.com at any time without notice if the
  14. USER fails to comply with the terms of this LICENSE. The copyright and all other
  15. rights in the SOFTWARE shall remain with OnlineTVPlayer.com.

  17. LICENSE OF UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE
  18. An unregistered copy of the SOFTWARE ("UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE") may be used by
  19. the USER for evaluation purposes for a period of fifteen (15) days following the
  20. initial installation of the UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE. ("TRIAL PERIOD") At the end
  21. of the TRIAL PERIOD, the USER must either register the SOFTWARE or remove it
  22. from his system. The UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed
  23. to other users for their evaluation.

  25. LICENSE OF REGISTERED SOFTWARE
  26. A registered copy of the SOFTWARE ("REGISTERED SOFTWARE") allows the USER to use
  27. the SOFTWARE only on a single computer or network, and only by a single user at
  28. a time. If the USER wishes to use the SOFTWARE for more than one user, the USER
  29. will need a separate license for each individual user. The USER is allowed to
  30. make one copy of the REGISTERED SOFTWARE for back-up purposes.

  32. TERM OF LICENSE
  33. This LICENSE shall continue for as long as the USER uses the REGISTERED SOFTWARE
  34. and/or distributes the UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE according to the terms of this
  35. agreement. However, this LICENSE will terminate if the USER fails to comply with
  36. any of its terms or conditions. The USER agrees, upon termination, to destroy
  37. all copies of the REGISTERED and/or UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE. The limitations of
  38. warranties and liability set forth in this LICENSE shall continue in force even
  39. after termination.

  41. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
  42. By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to the terms of
  43. this LICENSE.

  45. CONTENT
  46.  
  47. Data returned is collected by a process that uses common search engines to start
  48. with. Therefore, OnlineTVPlayer.com cannot screen sites for adult, infringing,
  49. illegal or otherwise questionable content. OnlineTVPlayer.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE
  50. FOR CONTENT ACCESSED WITH ITS SOFTWARE OR SERVICE. The user of the software or
  51. service is exclusively liable for any use or misuse of the data or content.

  53. Some software and services offered by OnlineTVPlayer.com provide links to
  54. multimedia files and webpage elements throughout the Internet.
  55. OnlineTVPlayer.com does not grant any license to use these files. If you wish to
  56. use any files you see during a search, you must either obtain permission from
  57. the owner or be sure that your use is a "fair use" under U.S. Copyright law.

  59. MINORS
  60. As with any search engine, please be aware that the software and related service
  61. may access areas on the Internet that contain adult or mature content. You must
  62. be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas. If you view this
  63. adult content, we understand that you are telling us that you are at least 18
  64. years old and that the material you are viewing is acceptable to you. With
  65. respect to general audience content, if OnlineTVPlayer.com learns that anyone
  66. under the age of 13 has accessed the software or service, OnlineTVPlayer.com
  67. will require verified parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online
  68. Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA").

  70. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
  71. The USER may not rent, lease, sublicense, translate, disassemble, reverse
  72. engineer, or de-compile the SOFTWARE, or modify or merge the SOFTWARE with any
  73. part of the software in another program. The USER may not pass to any other
  74. person or company user license codes, received from OnlineTVPlayer.com. This
  75. LICENSE may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without the prior written
  76. consent of OnlineTVPlayer.com.

  78. INVALID PROVISIONS
  79. If any provision of this LICENSE shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the
  80. remaining provisions of this LICENSE shall remain in full force and effect to
  81. the fullest extent permitted by law. In such event, each provision of this
  82. LICENSE which is invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced with a provision as
  83. similar in terms to such invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible
  84. which is legal and enforceable.

  86. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
  87. This LICENSE is the entire agreement between OnlineTVPlayer.com and the USER,
  88. and supersedes any other agreement, oral or written, and may not be changed
  89. except by a written signed agreement.
